1. Guru Shikhar
Guru Shikhar is located in Mount Abu in the Sirohi district of Rajasthan. Guru Shikhar is the highest peak of the Aravalli Mountain range. Situated at a height of 1722 meters above sea level, it is the highest peak in Rajasthan. From its height, you can see the beautiful view of the Aravalli Mountain range and Mount Abu hill station. Guru Shikhar is named after the famous Guru Dattatreya Temple, where Lord Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh are worshipped. 2. Adhar Devi Mata
The Adhar Devi Mata Mandir is just 3 km from Mount Abu Market. The temple is situated on the top of a hill and there is a staircase from here to the top. You can see the entire Mount Abu and its surroundings from here. To reach this temple, you have to climb 365 stairs from bottom to top. While climbing up, you will be inspired by the beautiful views on the way and you can find flower garlands, Worship material, snacks, and coconut water on the way. Adhar Devi is worshipped in the temple. The idol of the goddess in this temple is very sacred and powerful which blesses the devotees with wealth, power, and knowledge. 8. Achalgarh Fort
Achalgarh Fort is a historical fort located in Mount Abu, Rajasthan. It is located at a distance of 11 km from Mount Abu. This fort was initially built by the rulers of the Parmar dynasty, while later in 1452 AD, Maharana Kumbha rebuilt and renovated this fort. Achalgarh Fort is also one of the 32 forts built by Maharana Kumbha during his period. Just outside the fort is the Achaleshwar Mahadev Temple. Where the toe of Shiva is worshipped. And there is also a brass Nandi Maharaj. There is also a Jain temple in this fort. Which was built in 1513. There is a pond near the temple, around which there are three stone buffaloes. In Mount Abu, you will find traditional Rajasthani dresses like Ghaghara-Choli, Lehenga, Salwar-Kurta, and Chada. Beautiful embroidery, names, and shiny glass are applied on the clothes, which is especially popular among women. Many Rajasthani handicrafts are sold in its market, such as wooden toys, bangles, brass and bronze statues, earthen pots, and colourful handmade tiles.
